No, we are a strictly a non-smoking venue. Guest must exit the building down the stairs and away from the entrance to the building to smoke.
Bands or DJ's are permitted for exclusive bookings only.

The music will be controlled by the Venue to limit any noise complaints.
The only food we will permit you to bring into the venue is

No, we are a licenced venue and you must purchase alcohol from the venue.

For promotional products, gifts or special request, please speak to our Events Coordinator. A corkage will apply on a case by case basis.
There is paid street parking form 9am-6pm in Byron Bay. After 6pm parking is free.
Yes absolutely. We have plenty of high chairs, a healthy kids menu available all day and a baby change table for your convenience.
If you have pre-ordered and pre-paid for food, yes cancellation fees apply, please refer to the booking terms.

If you have a reserved area and no pre-ordered food, then no cancellation fee applies.
All group bookings must pre-order and pre-pay for food.
Yes, you are most welcome to bring decorations as long as they are only in the area hired by your group and are easily removable without damaging or marking the venue.

Confetti and streamers are not permitted. If you wish for us to organise decorations for your event please get in touch with our event coordinator. We are happy to suggest local vendors.
